How to Login to Shikaka
A step-by-step Shikaka login guide: sign in, reset a forgotten password, set up 2FA, fix common errors, and log in safely from a new device.
Logging in to Shikaka takes about ten seconds once your account is set up. This guide covers every path — the smooth sign-in, the forgotten password, the 2FA code that decides to take the day off, and logging in from a phone you’ve never used before.
How Shikaka login works
Your login is your registered email plus the password you chose at sign-up. If you turned on two-factor authentication, you’ll also enter a short code from your phone. Here is the standard flow:
- Open the homepage and tap Login in the top-right corner.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- If 2FA is on, type the six-digit code from your authenticator app or SMS.
- You land on your dashboard, with your balance and any active bonus shown top-left.
That’s it. The session stays active on trusted devices unless you log out or clear your browser.
First-time sign-up walkthrough
If you don’t have an account yet, registration comes first:
- Click Register next to the login button.
- Enter your email, a strong password, and your country of residence.
- Confirm you are 18 or older and accept the terms.
- Open the verification email and click the activation link.
- Return to Shikaka and log in with your new details.
New accounts can deposit straight away. Identity checks (KYC) happen later, usually at your first withdrawal — see the withdrawals guide for what to upload.
Forgot your password?
A reset takes under a minute:
- On the login screen, click Forgot password?
- Enter your registered email and submit.
- Open the reset link we send and choose a new password.
The link expires after 60 minutes for security. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam, then request it again.
Two-factor authentication
2FA adds a second lock to your account. Shikaka supports three methods:
- Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) — the most reliable option.
- SMS code — handy, but can be delayed by your mobile network.
- Email code — a fallback if the others aren’t available.
Turn it on under Account → Security. Save your backup codes somewhere safe; they let you in if you lose your phone.
Common Shikaka login problems
| Issue | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| “Invalid credentials” | Typo in email or password | Retype slowly, check Caps Lock, use the password reset |
| Account locked | Too many failed attempts | Wait 15 minutes or contact live chat to unlock |
| 2FA code rejected | Phone clock out of sync | Enable automatic time on your device, then retry |
| SMS code never arrives | Carrier delay or wrong number | Switch to the authenticator app method |
| Logged out instantly | Cookies blocked or private mode | Allow cookies for the site, or use a normal browser window |
Logging in from a new device
When you sign in from a phone or computer we haven’t seen before, we may ask for an extra email or 2FA confirmation. This is normal and protects your funds. Approve the prompt, and the new device is remembered for next time. If you ever see a login you don’t recognise, change your password immediately and message support.
Once you’re in, head over to the deposit guide to fund your account, or read the bonus and promo code guide before you make that first payment.
